At Aus Aminos, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping and Dispatch
We usually dispatch items within 24 hours of our order being placed, however, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Due to the nature of our products and occasional high demand, processing times may vary. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this period. 
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is incorrect.
To request a return or replacement you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photo evidence of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The product is confirmed damaged or incorrect.
- The order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame.
Once approved
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Funds are returned via the original payment method.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed:
- Please allow standard processing + shipping times.
- Contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect use or handling.
- Opened or used items.
